Emergency Management protects the City of Leominster by coordinating and integrating all activities necessary to build, sustain, and improve the capability to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from threatened or actual natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters.

Free Disaster Preparedness Program and Tours

How prepared are you for an emergency with potential power outages or flooding? Do you have an emergency kit? A plan for sheltering in-place or evacuation? Do you know what local resources are available?

The Leominster OEM offers a free Disaster Preparedness Program for local organizations, groups, schools, and businesses interested in learning more about how to prepare your members or employees for disasters.

Individuals and groups are also welcome to take a tour of the Leominster OEM building and talk with our friendly staff and volunteers.
